Way too hot

From what I hear, it appears Europe is blistering under a severe heat wave. So what is the common man to do? Quite simple, just slip on a skirt.
After asking for permission to wear shorts and being denied a Swedish bus driver showed up to work wearing a skirt, which technically is allowed under his company's dress code.
