Just back

Today is my first full day back from Mexico City; I had a great time there. Ever since I left the city I have grown more appreciative of the city's history, culture and the people who live there. The city is a place of contrasts between the old and the new, the haves and have-nots in a setting of blessed geography and beautiful weather, inhabited with warm and friendly people for the most part.

Even though the city like most major cities in the developing world suffers from huge problems such as overpopulation, insecurity and damage to the environment I felt that people there have an optimistic outlook in the future that is both contagious and inspiring.

On the photography front:
