California Uncertainty

The California Governor recall election is being postponed, once again the radical left in the form of the judiciary 9th circuit court of appeals continues to refuse to stick to its obligation of enforcing the constitution and instead decides to re-write it as they see fit.

The only thing worse than having the incompetence of a Governor like Gray Davis is to have such a climate of uncertainty in which the Governor fighting to remain on the job starts considering and enacting the most outrageous laws, pandering to the most radical interest groups in the State.

Hopefully now that the recall election is more and more unlikely we can get the governor back to bad from worst.
