Just Luck

Believe it or not the shot above is shown as it was straight out from the camera without any Photoshoping , not even increasing contrast.

What makes the image interesting to me is that it was shot during the day with natural light out in the street. The image was made partially by experimenting with high shutter speeds as well as luck by having a dark background at the exact time it was shot.
