Almost Back

Once again reporting from the southern command where the weather turned out to be more of a mixed bag, sometimes sunny but often cloudy, rainy and cold. It would surely suck to be a North American migratory bird.
Michelle and I are now starting to prepare to make the journey back to San Francisco. We know that it will take a couple of days for us to shake off this laidback-ness that is so prevalent down here. Even though my workload was slightly smaller than average these last few days, it surely felt like a lot less. The effect that friends and family seem to have on my mood does not cease to amaze me.
