Live from Paris

For the next week, my wife and I will be enjoying Paris. Except for a minor glitch in San Francisco, everything is going according to plan.
At the check-in counter in the San Francisco Airport, the attendant politely informed us that I would not be able to document until I was cleared with security. Cleared with security??!!! Apparently my name is the same or at least close enough to a name on a U.S government list of flying security risks. Fortunately, I was cleared within minutes and we were able to make our flight.

Anyway, as you can tell by the picture above, the weather here is fantastic. I’m looking forward to a week of heavy coffee drinking and lots of picture taking.
