RSS?

I don’t know much about RSS, except that is a way to get news onto a desktop reader without having to go through a ton of sites. Having said that, I have been getting requests for a RSS feed for this site. I downloaded a reader and I don’t seem to be able to see images from my feeds. The question is, am I doing something wrong? or images are not supported on RSS feeds?

I have not read much into how to do the feeds properly, but I would like to find out whether it’s even worth to spend time developing them.
